The illness is spread via connection with a diseased bird’s feces, or droppings from its nose, mouth or eyes. Outdoor market where chicken and eggs are sold in congested and unhygienic conditions, are sources of infection and can spread the bird flu. Raw or undercooked chicken meat or eggs from diseased birds can communicate. Poultry meat should be consumed if it is cooked at a temperature of 165 F (74 C). Eggs should be prepared until the yolks and whites are cooked properly.

- Muscle pain
- Shortness of breath
- Nasal congestion
Few people also suffer from vomiting or diarrhea and nausea. And some people also experience mild eye infection.
