Infertility means not being able to conceive after frequent unprotected sex for a minimum of one year and 6 months in case the female is above 35 years. A continuous miscarriage also leads to infertility. Female infertility is dependent on many factors i.e. hormones issues, age, lifestyle disorder or environmental factors.

Ovulation is the process in which the woman releases an egg from the ovary which happens once a month, about 12 – 14 days before the first day of the periods. Without this process, a woman cannot conceive.
