Slip disc is a common problem seen in adults with sedentary lifestyle; it may be due to various reasons like faulty posture, trauma, or muscle weakness.
Exercise plays a major role in treating herniated disc by helping in strengthening the muscles and stabilizing the spine hence reducing the disc herniation.
