It can mean movement or simple exercise such as stretching.  When you are moving, you are making your joints and muscles around the joints stronger.   • Have a healthy diet. What we eat defines our health. So, eat lots of vegetables and fruits with colours and grains. They provide all the nutrients that keeps the body healthy. Avoid processed foods and colas.
