- Give your Air Conditioner a rest when the room is chilled. You can switch it on when the room again warms up.
- Sync with human body temperature tolerance index. Keep you AC temperature at least at 25 degrees or more. Your body can tolerate 23 to 39 degrees easily.
- Do not keep the temperatures at 21 or 22 degrees as it consumes excessive power and your bills soar high as well.
Other than that, lower AC temperatures can also be the reason for several skin allergies, irregular blood pressure, and more health problems.
